China generally uses British 13-digit bar codes. The first 8 digits of this bar code are the company code, and the products with the same eight digits must belong to the same company. 9/10/112 digits are product codes, and companies (manufacturers ……) can use these digits to number their products at will. The last digit is automatically generated by the computer and cannot be changed artificially.
