The following universities have established intellectual property colleges in China (part-time teachers are not included in the teaching staff):
Peking University Intellectual Property Institute (website/), the earliest intellectual property institute in China, was established in 1993. Famous intellectual property scholars include Zheng Shengli, Zhang Ping, Wei Zhi and Qu Sanqiang.
School of Intellectual Property of East China University of Political Science and Law (website/) was founded in 1994, and Tao Xinliang is a well-known intellectual property scholar.

School of Intellectual Property of South China University of Technology (website: /iplaw/), established in 2004, is a well-known intellectual property scholar (unknown). It seems that famous universities in Shanghai and Guangzhou have set up intellectual property colleges, while universities in Beijing are relatively backward in this respect.
College of Intellectual Property of Northwest University (website: unknown), established in June 2005, is a well-known intellectual property scholar (unknown).
In addition, due to the system and management mechanism, there are still many colleges and universities that have not established intellectual property colleges despite their strong intellectual property rights. I don't think they should be ignored.
