● Performance and characteristics of chemicals

The appearance is white or light blue, light green glassy crystal, which absorbs water in humid air but does not deteriorate. Dissolve slowly in normal temperature water, the aqueous solution is alkaline, and the dissolution rate increases with the increase of temperature. Drug molecules can prevent corrosion and scaling of metal surfaces in contact with water, and make the generated rust scale fall off gradually, thus keeping the cooling surface clean. Whether it is ferrous metal or non-ferrous metal, the effect of non-ferrous metal is particularly remarkable. Under the water temperature range of 5-200℃ and the pressure of -3.5MPa, a protective film can be formed to prevent algae formation and sludge adhesion.

● Anti-corrosion mechanism

The ingredients of this medicine contain ingredients with strong affinity for metal surfaces. When the drug is dissolved in water, it will be adsorbed on the metal surface of the pipeline and equipment where the water flows, forming a thin (less than one micron), tough and dense impermeable molecular film. This kind of membrane has excellent characteristics, which can prevent anions and dissolved oxygen in water from contacting with metal surface, thus preventing metal oxidation corrosion and electrochemical corrosion. As well as the generation and attachment of algae and plant bacteria, thereby preventing the occurrence of "red rust" in pipelines and equipment systems and protecting metal equipment. And the service life of the equipment is prolonged.

● Scale prevention mechanism

After the drug is dissolved in water, it forms colloidal negative ions, which can adsorb suspended solids and calcium and magnesium ions in water to form colloidal particles, which are not easy to deposit on the pipe wall and are easy to be discharged from the system. Colloidal negative ions can inhibit and disperse the formation and deposition of carbonate, sulfate, silicate and other scales, so it can prevent scaling, improve the thermal efficiency of equipment, and achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.

● Method of use

1. In daily operation and management, as long as the PH value of system water can be well controlled, the dosage of chemicals can be well controlled. For example, when the total hardness of user water is 1.5-2.5 mmol/L, the PH value of system water should be controlled between 9- 10. When the hardness of water is 3-5 mmol/L, the PH value of system water should be controlled between 10- 1 1. When the PH value of circulating water in the system is within the required range, the self-sufficiency device can be closed; Open the bypass valve.

2. Run for 1-3 months, and conduct a sewage discharge (self-contained device) to clean the dirt on the drug surface and replenish new drugs.

3. The dosage of this agent in hot water heating system is generally 20-40PPm, which can meet the use requirements, and the PH value is controlled in the range of 9- 10.

4. The concentration of tap water system is generally 10-20PPm, which can not only protect pipelines and valves, but also the concentration used in industrial cooling circulating water is 20-50ppm.
