In the meantime, from 200 1.4 to June 2003, he was sent to Tanzania by state administration of traditional chinese medicine to engage in clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine as an expert leader. A lot of clinical practice was carried out there, and a series of clinical observations of traditional Chinese medicine were carried out successively, and the medical records of nearly ten years were comprehensively sorted out, and a case data database was established. Huang Shijing has been engaged in clinical work for more than 30 years. Through long-term systematic study, the academic thoughts of famous and old Chinese medicine practitioners have been deeply excavated and sorted out, laying a solid theoretical foundation of Chinese medicine, focusing on senile diseases and encephalopathy of Chinese medicine, and establishing the prevention and treatment of depression with Chinese medicine as the main research content. Paying attention to academic refinement, summary and improvement has formed the pathogenesis theory of "Qi deficiency and blood stasis" in traditional Chinese medicine and the basic treatment of vascular depression, which has won the support of many national natural science funds and other topics. Through clinical verification and basic experiments, the efficacy and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in treating stroke, depression and coronary heart disease were studied from the whole, organ, cell and molecular levels. Most of the achievements are published in core journals and journals included in SCI.
In clinical practice, we should pay attention to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, emphasize the correspondence between prescription and syndrome, attach importance to the combination of clinical diagnosis and treatment with modern science and technology, follow the laws of traditional Chinese medicine, and apply modern pharmacological research results to clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine. Clinical studies on ischemic stroke, depression, diabetes, osteoporosis, leukoencephalopathy, Parkinson's disease, chronic angina pectoris, chronic arrhythmia, hypertension and climacteric syndrome have been carried out successively. And some clinical experiences have been summarized into hospital preparations, new drugs and health care products, or obtained special funding from the Ministry of Science and Technology for innovative drugs, which has achieved good social and economic benefits. He is good at using the theory of integrated Chinese and western medicine to complete the diagnosis and treatment of nervous system diseases and psychosomatic diseases. He has a deep understanding of the research and development of new Chinese medicine and the objective quantitative research of tongue pulse diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine.
