3. Refusing to perform legal obligations, which seriously affects the credibility of judicial organs and administrative organs. Every citizen has the obligation to pay taxes, but if you evade taxes maliciously, it is a serious breach of trust. In addition, if you are brought to court because of an economic dispute, the court decides that you must pay off the money you owe within one week, but you still don't execute the judgment when you clearly have the ability to pay it back, which is also a serious breach of trust.
4. Refusing to perform national defense obligations. Refusing or delaying the requisition of civil resources or obstructing the transformation of the requisitioned civil resources; Evasion and refusal to perform military service; Acts such as destroying national defense facilities and endangering national defense interests are serious acts of dishonesty.
Legal basis: Article 8 of the Measures for the Administration of the List of Serious Violations of Laws and Trustworthiness in Market Supervision and Management commits the following illegal acts that infringe on consumers' rights and interests. If they fall into the circumstances specified in Article 2 of these Measures, they will be included in the list of serious violations of laws and trustworthiness: (1) Infringe on consumers' personal dignity, personal information protection and other rights according to law; (2) After the advance payment is used, in order to avoid or refuse to perform its obligations, the company closes its doors or moves its service place, fails to provide goods or services as agreed, and cannot get in touch after being confirmed by the market supervision and management department; (three) manufacturing, selling and using measuring instruments for the purpose of deceiving consumers; Plagiarism, collusion, tampering with measurement comparison data, forging data, and issuing false measurement calibration certificates or reports, infringing on consumers' rights and interests; (4) Refusing or delaying the recall of defective products after being ordered to recall; (five) other illegal acts that violate the provisions of laws and administrative regulations and seriously infringe upon the rights and interests of consumers.
Article 9 Any of the following illegal acts that undermine the fair competition order and disrupt the market order shall be included in the list of serious violations of law and dishonesty: (1) unfair competition acts that seriously undermine the fair competition order, such as infringement of trade secrets, commercial slander and organization of false transactions; (two) intentional infringement of intellectual property rights; Submitting an abnormal patent application or malicious trademark registration application that harms the public interest; Engaged in serious illegal patent and trademark agency behavior; (3) Price collusion, dumping at low prices and driving up prices; Failing to implement government pricing and government-guided prices for goods or services related to the national economy and people's livelihood, and failing to implement price intervention measures and emergency measures to deal with emergencies; (4) Organizing or planning pyramid schemes or providing convenient conditions for pyramid schemes; (5) publishing false advertisements for goods or services that are related to consumers' life and health; (six) other illegal acts in violation of laws and administrative regulations, which seriously undermine the order of fair competition and disrupt the market order.
