Before using the new machine, you must read this manual and be familiar with its contents.

1. Functional description of mechanical parts

1) adjusting nut: limit the distance of cylinder stroke.

2) Roller cylinder: control the roller to rise and fall.

3) Press wheel switch: The press wheel control switch is located on the left side of the machine head. Click the disc down (as shown below 1), and then click the disc up. (Figure 2 below)

2. Function description of vibration generator:

1) Amplitude display: Its function refers to whether the resonance between the ultrasonic vibrator and the steel mold is appropriate. Turn the sound wave adjustment knob to change the reading. Generally adjusted to below 50.

2) ammeter: indicates the working current of ultrasonic wave. No-load indicates the state of resonance between the welding head and the system, usually 0.4~0.6A, depending on the output power. When loading, it is usually 1.0 ~ 2.5a, depending on the pressed area and Hua Lun sum.

3) Power output: Adjust the output power to different gears, and the ammeter reading will change.

4) Upper die speed: Adjust the speed of Hua Lun. The bigger the number, the faster the speed, the faster the speed; On the contrary, the speed decreases.

5) Reduce the mold speed: adjust the speed of ultrasonic steel mold. The bigger the number, the faster the speed; On the contrary, the speed decreases.

6) Manual/automatic switch: set to the automatic gear, and the Hua Lun and steel die will run automatically; When the manual switch is turned on, the operation of Hua Lun and steel die is controlled by the pedal of the right foot. When the pedal Hua Lun and steel die are stepped on, they will start to work. When the pedal Hua Lun and steel die are released, they will stop running.

7) Overload indicator: The red indicator lights up, indicating that the equipment is overloaded. At this time, stop the machine immediately and check the reason before continuing to work.

8) Sound wave adjustment: adjust the resonance state between the ultrasonic vibrator and the steel mold. Turn the knob clockwise or counterclockwise, and the reading of the amplitude meter will change. As mentioned above, the normal reading is generally within 50.

9) Acoustic wave test: The function is to test whether the ultrasonic wave is normal. Press the sonic test switch 1 ~ 2 seconds to see whether the overload indicator light is on and whether the readings of the amplitude meter and ammeter are within the normal range.

10) power switch: control the power supply of the whole machine. The switch has its own red indicator light, which will light up when it is turned on.

5. Adjustment method:

1. Turn on the power switch, and the built-in light of the switch lights up. 2. Adjust the air pressure: the air pressure valve is next to the head pressure gauge. Adjust the pressure according to the thickness of the processed material or the processing characteristics (embossing or curling). When processing thick materials or embossing, the air pressure is high; On the contrary, when the material is thin or sewn, the air pressure should be low. The air pressure is generally adjusted within the range of 2 ~ 5 kg/cm2. 3. Acoustic wave detection and adjustment: (when Hua Lun does not touch the upper steel mold) 1) Press the "audio test" switch. If the index of the amplitude display rises sharply and exceeds 100, it means that the frequency is too far from the resonance point, and the "Audio Adjustment" knob must be adjusted. Visually observe the amplitude indicator, press the "audio test" check switch with your left hand (no more than 3 seconds), and turn the "audio adjustment" knob with your right hand to adjust the pointer to the lowest point. When adjusting, if the indicator goes up instead of down, it will rotate in the opposite direction. The index reading of the amplitude meter is less than 50, and the index reading of the ammeter is below 0.6A, which is the best working point. After adjusting the sound wave, tighten the wing nut. 2) During the no-load test, if the "overload indicator light" is on, there is something wrong with the equipment. Can't work, it should be turned off for inspection. 4. Check pneumatic components: 1) Press the cloth wheel switch (red button switch on the left side of the nose) several times to check whether the upper pressure wheel is flexible. 2) Press the Hua Lun lifting switch (Hua Lun pedal) several times to check whether the lifting of Hua Lun is flexible.

6. Installation and adjustment of Hua Lun:

1. Installation of Hua Lun

When installing Hua Lun, the formwork must be placed in the rising position, the left cover plate of Hua Lun formwork must be removed, the Hua Lun installed, the left cover plate of formwork installed and the screws locked. Lower the Hua Lun frame to make Hua Lun contact with the die, and adjust the eccentric wheel to make the working face of Hua Lun parallel to the working face of the die.

2. Hua Lun adjustment method:

1) Put A4 paper into the press wheel and Hua Lun (as shown in the figure below), adjust the pressure to 1.5KG, unscrew the adjusting nut of Hua Lun cylinder upwards, then adjust the speed button of the upper and lower dies to the position of scale 2, adjust the output power to the position of 4, press the press wheel switch, then step on the pedal of Hua Lun, and then step on the pedal until Hua Lun finishes at least one lap, and then release it.

2) When the embossing is unbalanced, firstly loosen the eccentric locking screw on the left cover plate of the die frame, and then turn the eccentric (clockwise, Hua Lun moves upward; Counterclockwise is the opposite (as shown in figure 1)), lock the eccentric wheel and repeat the above actions until it is balanced. (as shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3 below) 3) After adjusting the Hua Lun level with A4 paper, please unscrew the adjusting nut of Hua Lun cylinder at the same time, so that its Hua Lun just touches the steel mold. (Prevent Hua Lun from sliding down and prevent steel mould from collision and wear)

4) Adjust the Hua Lun pressure according to the thickness of stitched or knurled materials. Increase the pressure of thicker materials, and vice versa.

5) According to the different materials to be fused, the different thickness and the complexity of Hua Lun pattern, the following three aspects are comprehensively adjusted to achieve the ideal fusion effect: (1) Hua Lun linear velocity; (2) Hua Lun pressure; (3) Ultrasonic power.

note:

When the δ Hua Lun velocity is low, the processing material receives ultrasonic energy for a long time, and the contact time between Hua Lun and steel mold is also long, which makes it easier to fuse.

When the δ Hua Lun pressure is high, the processed material receives large ultrasonic energy and is easy to melt. (At the same time, Hua Lun's wear and tear on the mold has also increased. )

6) Hua Lun inspection:

Hua Lun's patterns must be sharp, and the hardness is HRC 60 ~ 6 1. Wear and corrosion of Hua Lun shall not be used, so as not to affect the product quality, otherwise the steel die wear will be accelerated due to the increase of Hua Lun pressure.

7) Hua Lun pressure control:

The δ mode is complex and the pressure can be increased.

The δ pattern is not sharp enough, so the pressure can be increased.

The sound wave amplitude of δ steel die is small, which can increase the pressure.

For materials with high chemical fiber content (such as nylon), the pressure can be reduced, while for TC cloth, the pressure can be increased.

For δ-thick materials, the pressure can be increased.

δ Under the premise of the same quality and the same processing speed, the smaller the Hua Lun pressure, the better. (Low pressure, small wear of steel mold and Hua Lun, long service life of equipment. )

Seven. Precautions:

1. Avoid dusty, corrosive, high temperature or humid working environment.

2. The three-pin plug, phase line C, neutral line N and ground line G of the power supply must be reliably grounded when in use.

3. The voltage of this machine is: AC220V( 10%+00%), 50 ~ 60hz. If the voltage fluctuation exceeds this range, the motor may be burnt out, or the speed and torque of the motor may be reduced.

The voltage fluctuates greatly, so it is recommended to install a voltage regulator.

4. Test whether the pointer of ultrasonic wave and amplitude table is below 50.

5. The production efficiency of equipment has a great relationship with the proficiency of operators. Operators with low proficiency should slowly adjust the speed at the beginning to ensure safety.

6. Regular inspection of steel molds:

1) The parallelism between the steel die plane and Hua Lun is required to be less than 0.02mm, and it must be maintained if it exceeds the requirement. The maintenance work is completed by the manufacturer.

2) The working face of the steel mold is worn or sunken, which leads to the adverse consequences of fusing, and the maintenance work is also completed by the manufacturer.

7. Check whether the working frequencies of steel mold and vibration box match;

Check it before each use. The method is: turn on the power switch and press the "audio detection" switch. If one of the following phenomena occurs, the frequency should be corrected.

1) Touch the working face of the steel mold with your hand, and feel the ultrasonic vibration is weak.

2) There is abnormal noise.

3) The mold is extremely hot.

4) On the vibration box, the ammeter reading exceeds1.2a..

8. The ultrasonic generator in the vibration box is sensitive to the input voltage. If the voltage fluctuates greatly,

A regulated power supply must be installed.

1) When the power adjustment increases the amplitude, the processed material receives more ultrasonic energy and is easy to fuse. However, excessive amplitude is easy to damage the steel mold. Generally, the amplitude reading is controlled within 50.

2) Hua Lun pressure can also be adjusted by adjusting air pressure. After each power adjustment, the sound wave should be debugged, and the sound wave test can work normally after adjustment.

3) Adjusting the air pressure valve can change the pressure in Hua Lun. When the equipment is not used, turn off the air source to minimize the pressure.

4) In order to achieve the ideal edge embossing effect, only by repeatedly adjusting the three parameters of Hua Lun speed, Hua Lun pressure and ultrasonic power can the processing quality, production efficiency and equipment power limit be taken into account, so that the equipment can run in an ideal state.

9. Key points of operation:

1) Adjust the height of Hua Lun cylinder according to the thickness of the processed material. Turn the nut on the upper part of the cylinder by hand, and turn it clockwise to move the Hua Lun upward, and vice versa.

2) Adjust the Hua Lun speed and ultrasonic power, and check whether the audio is normal.

3) Seam testing or pressure testing, fine-tuning to the best process state for many times according to the welding quality.

10. Shut down:

1) Turn off the power switch, and the switch indicator goes out.

2) Check whether there is butter at each lubricating point. If there is oil shortage, you must refuel.

3) Clean the equipment. There must be no sundries on the countertop. The ground within one meter around the equipment should be kept clean.

1 1. Maintenance:

1. Vibration box:

1) ultrasonic inspection: when the steel formwork is not installed, the indication of ammeter shall not exceed (0.4a);

2) Check the switch according to the mode: press 2 seconds to stop 1 second within 3 seconds, instead of pressing 3 continuously.

Seconds or longer, so as not to shorten the life of the transducer and burn out electronic components;

3) Avoid dust, metal, etc. Fall into the vibration box to avoid short circuit and damage the circuit board.

Wait;

4) Keep air circulation and good heat dissipation.

2. Equipment host:

1) The main engine should not be placed in a high temperature, humid and dusty environment;

2) Don't put liquid on the main machine, keep it clean, and don't use liquid to clean it when wiping;

3) If it is used for more than seven days or sparsely, please cover it with a dust cover;

4) When it is not used for a long time, it must be preheated regularly once a week;

5) Pay attention to the cleanliness of the compressed air source. If 1/2 water stays, it should be discharged in time;

6) Except for necessary maintenance, try to avoid opening the machine body. When opening, be sure to unplug the power supply and discharge the residual power in the capacitor.

3. Steel formwork:

1) knocks or damages the steel mold, which is easy to cause the change of vibration frequency.

2) Steel formwork shall be protected from oxidation and rust, and sealed after being wiped with tarpaulin when not in use.

3) When installing the steel mold, the bottom thread should be clean.

4) The ultrasonic steel mold is specially designed and matched, and the frequency is fixed. It is forbidden to cut, drill or change any appearance, otherwise the service life of the transducer and vibration generator will be affected.

5) When loading and unloading the steel formwork, handle it with care to prevent the thread of the horn steel formwork from slipping.
