Establish contact with the institutions established by China National Intellectual Property Administration in the provincial capital (the capital of autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where the unit is located, and be responsible for the local intellectual property affairs of the unit;
4, review, organize and demonstrate the feasibility of the implementation of trademark invention design;
5. Review and analyze the quality and feasibility of the intellectual property achievements (patents, registered trademarks, technical secrets or proprietary technologies) introduced by the unit;
6. Set up the intellectual property information management organization of the unit, and provide the latest technological achievements information to the first observation department of the unit in time;
7. Formulate scientific research plans and technical research plans to promote the transformation of intellectual achievements;
8. Handle and coordinate the internal and external intellectual property disputes of the unit, and represent the intellectual property disputes of the unit;
9. Formulate the intellectual property management system of the unit;
