When a management system software applies for an invention patent, it is accompanied by instructions on what to write. Please give me some advice as soon as possible. . . .

According to the detailed rules for the implementation of the patent law of People's Republic of China (PRC)

Article 18 stipulates that multiple drawings of an invention or utility model shall be numbered in the order of "Figure 1, Figure 2……".

Reference symbols not mentioned in the text of the description of the invention or utility model shall not appear in the attached drawings, and reference symbols not appearing in the attached drawings shall not appear in the text of the description. The reference numerals indicating the same parts in the application documents shall be consistent.

The appended drawings shall not contain other notes except necessary words.

And the drawings must be: mechanical drawing; Six views or flowcharts, not blueprints.

If you want to apply for an invention patent, I suggest you find a professional agency, because after the application is submitted, it is found to be in compliance with the provisions of this law after preliminary examination, and it will be announced immediately after the application date 18 months. After publication, you should submit a substantive review within three years. If it is considered unqualified after substantive review, a Notice of Review Opinions will be sent to you to inform you of your reply. If the reply is unsuccessful, it will be rejected. Even a relatively smooth invention patent application will take 1~3 years to be authorized.

Very troublesome. I suggest you find a professional.
