1. Products
(1) The company produces various catalyst products using honeycomb ceramics as carriers. The specifications and dimensions of the catalyst products can be selected according to the different needs of users.
(2) Our company’s catalyst products were tested at the Ford Research and Experiment Center in the United States after aging in the laboratory for 80,000 kilometers, and the vehicle emission conversion rate was (CO+HC+NOx) ≥ 90%.
In the National Laboratory of Tsinghua University, after aging the bench for 80,000 kilometers according to national standards, the degradation coefficient was only 1.05, which was significantly better than the 1.2 required by the national standard.
Our company's products have been tested in accordance with national standards for complete vehicles, and have been able to meet European I and II emission standards (i.e., the standards that our country implemented in 2000 or will be implemented in 2004).
2. Technical features and innovation
Using rare earth oxides as co-catalyst coatings, and then introducing an appropriate amount of precious metal active components, overcomes the problems in performance and life of pure rare earth catalysts This shortcoming also overcomes the disadvantage of higher cost of precious metal catalysts. The advanced preparation technology and low production cost (30% lower cost than similar foreign catalysts) greatly improve the technical level and economic applicability of the product. At the same time, in terms of adapting to domestic oil conditions, vehicle conditions and road conditions, it shows more unique and excellent characteristics compared with similar foreign products. The three-way rare earth-based catalyst is a high-tech environmentally friendly product that adapts to this market demand and technological development trend. It has good industrial development prospects and broad market space.

5. Production
(1) Production equipment
The standard equipment and non-standard equipment used by our company have been used in the pilot production line and have been improved and perfected. Especially the preparation of coating materials has changed the traditional ball milling equipment and is the first to use gas in the same industry at home and abroad. Grinding equipment not only greatly improves the performance of coating materials, but also greatly improves production efficiency, saves energy and reduces pollution. The non-standard equipment used by our company is designed by ourselves based on the technical and process characteristics of our company's catalyst products, which fully reflects the advancement and practicality. In terms of catalyst performance testing, our company uses a five-point automobile exhaust analyzer imported from the Austrian AVL company and a catalyst performance testing and aging test bench.
(2) Production personnel
All employees of the company, especially those in the production department, have undergone strict training in the ISO9000 quality management system, and the production operators have been trained in pilot production. Strict skills training and job assessment, with many years of practical work experience. The personnel responsible for production management and production technology management have been involved in the work since the project research and development stage. They have rich work experience and have high business knowledge and management level.
