Under the leadership of President Pang Fei, No.12 Middle School adheres to the school-running philosophy of "educating people and developing independently", cultivates the sense of rules, attaches importance to habit formation and carries out self-confidence education. In teaching, while solidly promoting the reform of education and teaching, we should pay close attention to the construction of teachers, implement school-based teaching and research, and carry out "study in the same class". All 90 in-service teachers have achieved undergraduate education, including 4 senior teachers 1 person, 43 first-class teachers, 7 provincial backbone teachers, 4 municipal backbone teachers, 5 provincial academic leaders, 4 municipal academic leaders, 4 municipal famous teachers1person, master of education 14 people and 26 graduate students. He has published hundreds of papers in newspapers and periodicals at all levels and undertaken dozens of provincial and municipal scientific research projects. Invented by Han Huang, a teacher in our school, with the participation of math teacher * *, won the first prize of national patent. They went to the Great Hall of the People to receive the prize and were cordially received by Vice Premier Li Lanqing.
