Ye Zuguang chinese society of rare earths

Professor Ye Zuguang, senior engineer, deputy director of chinese society of rare earths Rare Earth Chemistry and Hydrometallurgy Professional Committee, chief expert of National Engineering Research Center for Rare Earth Metallurgy and Functional Materials, and national expert with outstanding contributions. A number of national key scientific and technological projects in the Sixth Five-Year Plan and the Eighth Five-Year Plan have been completed successively, among which "P507 continuous extraction and separation process of light and heavy rare earths in hydrochloric acid system" has reached the international advanced level. The first demonstration production line of rare earth extraction and separation process in China, "15 total extraction and separation process of rare earth elements", has also reached the international advanced level. The two achievements were popularized in more than 20 enterprises across the country, forming a single rare earth enterprise group in China, which made China's output and export of single rare earth products rank first in the world, accounting for 80% of the international market share, and won the second and third prizes of national scientific and technological progress respectively. He has successively obtained two national invention patents (patent number ZL9 1 1032959, 94 1 15903.5). He has published 3 1 paper successively, 1984 went to the United States to attend the "International Conference on Pacific Chemistry", 1994 went to the Central Research Institute of Mitsubishi Materials Corporation of Japan for cooperative research and co-authored a large-scale book "Rare Earth Elements and Their Applications".
