How to solve the cylinder pulling problem?

There is a serious strain on the engine cylinder wall, so it is necessary to replace the cylinder liner for overhaul, while several vertical bars are slightly strained, so there is no need to overhaul the engine.

Let's look at a case. For example, Korean engines produced earlier, including Kia Hyundai, have no fuel injection system in each cylinder, that is, the fuel nozzle. The function of the injector is to spray oil on the piston skirt, that is, to the lower part of the piston of each cylinder.

In order to keep the engine oil lubricated and ensure the thermal stability of the engine at the same time, that is, when it is sprayed on the cylinder wall, the engine oil will take away a lot of heat and prevent the engine from overheating. The combustion temperature in the engine is the highest, such as 1500~2500 degrees. Determine the temperature according to the characteristics of different engines. If the oil circuit is kept clean and in good condition at ordinary times, the combustion temperature will be relatively lower by several hundred degrees. With the change of car service time, it will produce completely different results.

For example, some engines often burn oil at 70,000-80,000 km during short-distance driving, but if you often carry out effective oil circuit, it is very likely that there will be no serious oil burning at150,000-60,000 km.
