Lithium-ion battery enterprises shall meet the following conditions:
Legally incorporated in People's Republic of China (PRC), with independent legal personality; Have the ability to independently produce, sell and serve related products in the lithium ion battery industry; R&D funds shall not be less than 3% of the main business income of the enterprise in that year, and enterprises shall be encouraged to obtain the qualification of independent R&D institutions, technology centers or high-tech enterprises at or above the provincial level; The main products have technical invention patents; At the time of declaration, the actual output of the previous year was not less than 50% of the actual production capacity of that year.
Enterprises shall adopt advanced technology, energy saving and environmental protection, safe and stable, and highly intelligent production processes and equipment, and meet the following requirements:
1. lithium ion battery enterprises should have the ability to monitor the uniformity of electrode coating, and the control accuracy of electrode coating thickness and length should be not less than 2μm and 65438±0mm; respectively; Covered electrode drying technology should be adopted, and the accuracy of water content control should not be lower than 10ppm.
2. Lithium-ion battery enterprises should have the ability to control environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity and cleanliness during liquid injection; After the battery is assembled, it should be able to detect internal short circuit and measure high voltage (high potential) online.
3. Lithium-ion battery enterprises should have the ability to control the open-circuit voltage and internal resistance of single batteries, and the control accuracy should not be lower than 1mV and1mω; They are; Should have the ability of on-line detection of battery protection board function.
Battery performance:
1. Energy density of consumer battery ≥230Wh/kg, energy density of battery pack ≥ 180Wh/kg, volume energy density of polymer battery ≥500Wh/L. Cycle life ≥ 500 times, and capacity retention rate ≥80%.
2. Power batteries are divided into energy type and power type. Among them, the energy density of ternary material energy type single battery is ≥2 10Wh/kg, and the energy density of battery pack is ≥150wh/kg; ; Other energy battery energy density ≥ 160Wh/kg, battery energy density ≥ 1 15Wh /kg. The power density of power battery is ≥500W/kg, and the power density of battery pack is ≥350W/kg. The cycle life is ≥ 1000 times, and the capacity retention rate is ≥80%.
3. The energy density of the energy storage battery is ≥ 145Wh/kg, and the energy density of the battery pack is ≥ 100Wh/kg. The cycle life is ≥5000 times, and the capacity retention rate is ≥80%.
Cathode material:
Specific capacity of lithium ferrous phosphate ≥ 145Ah/kg, specific capacity of ternary materials ≥ 165Ah/kg, specific capacity of lithium cobaltate ≥ 160Ah/kg, and specific capacity of lithium manganate ≥1kloc-0/5ah/kg. Other cathode materials can refer to the above requirements.
Negative electrode material:
Specific capacity of carbon (graphite) ≥335Ah/kg, specific capacity of amorphous carbon ≥250Ah/kg, and specific capacity of silicon and carbon ≥420Ah/kg. The performance indexes of other anode materials can refer to the above requirements.
