Those who have obtained the professional and technical post qualification 10 years (inclusive) or above, have worked in their current posts for more than 5 years (inclusive) and are over 46 years old (inclusive), shall be provided with a written assessment report and a Post Qualification Certificate by their units, which shall be submitted to the municipal (local) human resources and social department or the provincial competent department for examination and approval, and have really mastered the basic professional knowledge of their current posts and can fully perform their duties.
(3) Qualified personnel in this major.
Professional and technical personnel who study the main courses of this major in institutions of higher learning and higher vocational colleges may declare their corresponding professional titles after being issued a certificate of achievement by the school.

Professional and technical personnel who have participated in the professional training of continuing education organized by our province in the past year may declare their corresponding titles after passing the examination.
