1. Open the word document and click to open the patent picture with horizontal lines.
2. In the menu bar, click and select—shape under the Insert menu, and then select the straight arrow shape.
3. Drag the mouse on the picture to get the shape of the indicator arrow and adjust it to the appropriate position.
4. Click Toolbar-Text Box and insert 1 simple text box, and that's it.
