The defoamer development department of our company specializes in the research and development and production of defoamer and demulsifier products. On the basis of studying the advanced defoaming theory at home and abroad, combined with the practical experience of large and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad, a series of defoamers including silicone siloxane, polyether, silicone ether graft, amine and amide were developed, among which silicone and polyether graft defoamers were the most distinctive. It has the characteristics of fast defoaming time, long defoaming time and wide application range, and can even adapt to harsh media environments such as high temperature, strong acid and strong alkali. Widely used in food and medicine, biological fermentation, petrochemical industry, cement building materials, sewage treatment, graphite coating, textile sizing, latex removal and papermaking. The production process adheres to our company's consistent requirements of "strictly controlling the quality of raw materials and the production process". Only after passing the inspection can it leave the factory. The defoamer used in food fully meets the requirements of People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law, and has relevant certificates such as product hygiene license. Rubber chemicals
The products of this department are long-term research products of our company, mainly including: thiadiazole curing crosslinking agent (ECHO. A) and n-Butyraldehyde-benzene condensate (accelerator 808), in which thiadiazole curing crosslinking agent is a patented product jointly developed by large users in the United Nations of our company, which has been mass-produced, breaking the situation that domestic rubber curing enterprises rely on imports during the production period.
