Brief introduction of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration

Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration across Sichuan and Chongqing is based on Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, with Chengdu and Chongqing as dual cores. Its main scope includes Chengdu, Mianyang, Deyang, Leshan, Meishan, Suining, Neijiang, Nanchong, Ziyang, Zigong, Yibin, Guang 'an, Dazhou and Luzhou in Sichuan Province, as well as Wanzhou, Fuling, Hechuan, Yongchuan and Jiangjin in Chongqing municipality. At the national level, the integrated development of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration has been included in the development plan of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. On October 20 15 1 month, Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration was shortlisted as a national urban agglomeration. On April 2016 15, the State Council approved the development plan of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration.
