2) Group sightseeing tour: the number of people is less than 5-49, and the trip to Japan is less than 15 days.

3) Individual sightseeing: China can issue individual tourist visas to a small number of Japanese tourists. Unlike group tours, China and Japan travel agencies do not need to send tour leaders and guides.

4) If China citizens need to apply for such visas, they should do so through the travel agency in China authorized by embassies and consulates in China. The relevant visa procedures shall be handled by the designated travel agency.
