1. Definitions

2. Place of origin

3. Technical specifications
3.1. The technical specifications of the delivered equipment shall comply with the technical specifications and requirements stipulated in the bidding documents.

4. Patent rights
Party B shall ensure that Party A is protected from third parties’ claims of infringement of its patent rights, trademark rights or industrial design rights when using the equipment or any part thereof. Prosecution.
5. Shipping
5.1. Unless otherwise specified in the contract, all equipment provided by Party B shall be packaged according to standard protective measures. 6. Agreed matters:

6.2 During the equipment relocation and installation process, Party A is responsible for providing a storage place for construction machines, tools and equipment free of charge (the storage responsibility is the responsibility of Party B) to ensure that the working area and access are barrier-free.
6.3 During the relocation process, if Party A adds additional projects beyond the relocation project undertaken by Party B, Party B shall actively cooperate to complete them. The cost of additional projects shall be calculated separately by Party A based on the actual amount of work.
6.4 Party B must ensure that there is a dedicated person responsible for the equipment from dismantling to loading. Party B’s personnel must strictly adhere to construction safety. Party B shall be responsible for any accidents that occur during the construction process.
6.5 Party A arranges relevant personnel to supervise the construction quality on-site and is responsible for coordinating on-site problems during the construction. The relocation project is contracted by Party B, which takes full responsibility for the project quality and construction period. Party B guarantees the safety of Party A’s equipment. If an accident occurs during work due to Party B's responsibility and causes loss of Party A's equipment, Party B is responsible for making up for the loss or compensating for direct losses based on equipment parts.
7. Contract dispute resolution method:
If there is a dispute arising from the contract, agreement or other business that occurred between the two parties, the two parties should resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the "Contract Law" litigation to the People's Court for settlement.
