This series of high-voltage switch tester is the latest special test instrument developed by our company according to the new technical standard of high-voltage switch dynamic characteristic tester to meet the needs of field test of high-voltage switch mechanical characteristics and other parameters. It takes single chip microcomputer as the core and adopts CPLD storage drum sampling technology. Its main feature is the use of rotary sensor, which is convenient to install, high in test accuracy and multi-purpose for one machine. Chinese character large screen LCD displays test results and prints test curves and parameters. It has the advantages of intelligence, multi-function, accurate data, strong anti-interference, simple operation, small volume, light weight and beautiful appearance, and is suitable for testing various indoor and outdoor switches, vacuum switches and sulfur hexafluoride switches with little oil.

This series of high voltage switch comprehensive tester fully considers the convenience of users, and some different models have built-in high voltage switch operating power supply, loop resistance tester and high voltage switch power supply for the first time in China. It can test circuit breakers with only opening and closing signals but no opening and closing signals. One instrument has the test function of multiple instruments, and some models have RS232/USB interface, which can be connected with a computer, upload test results and print results file reports.
This instrument adopts hardware anti-interference measures such as photoelectric isolation and software anti-interference measures to make the whole machine work stably and reliably. This instrument is an ideal and necessary tool for research and development, inspection and testing, installation and debugging, maintenance and testing of high-voltage switches in substations, switch production and development units and power engineering construction companies.

This choice depends on the model of the machine purchased!
Eight, switch mechanical characteristics test methods and steps:
1、 ? Wiring: (as shown in figure 1)
A place the tester near the switch to be tested. Before electrifying, connect the moving contact of the high-voltage switch with the "male terminal" of the instrument with short wires, and connect the static contact of the high-voltage switch with the "fracture A" of the instrument in turn. . . "fracture f" If sensors need to be installed, the selected sensors should be installed reliably and the wiring should be complete.
B, each fracture of the switch is connected to the fracture socket of the tester panel with wires. This instrument can measure six fractures at a time. When the number of measured fractures is less than 6, please mark the fracture sockets with ABCDEF in turn. For example: number of fractures =3, please use ABC socket;
C the sensor is fixed on the contact, moving rod or rotating shaft, and the sensor wire is inserted into the sensor socket of the instrument panel.
D, the on-off signal sockets are respectively connected with the on-off coils of the high-voltage switch.
E, is it? The power cord is plugged into the instrument power socket.
F. If the operating power supply provided by this machine is used, the original power supply of the high-voltage switch should be cut off, and the instrument output power supply should be connected to the switch power supply terminal. (At this time, the voltage should be raised to the rated working voltage first, and pay attention to the positive and negative polarity of the voltage. )
2、 ? Turn on the power of the machine after confirming that the above connection is correct.
A, choose "mechanical characteristics of high voltage switch" test;
B, at this time, the actual on-off state of the switch is displayed at the top of the screen;
C, such as automatic reclosing test can directly enter the test interface, according to the screen prompts can print, save or return to the test selection menu.
D, when testing the vacuum switch, if the sensor is installed, if the opening/closing distance is input, the instrument will not measure the displacement, but only test the average speed; If a sensor is installed and the distance is set to? "0", the instrument can test opening distance, stroke, speed and other parameters (the same as other switches). If no sensor is installed, the instrument only tests the opening and closing time, crack waveform, synchronization and bounce. . . Put the cursor on the opening/closing distance, press the "OK" key, and "Clear" will be displayed, and then "Test" will be displayed. At this time, the required data can be measured by operating the high voltage switch.
E, is it? If grating sensors are used (grating spacing is 2MM), the "corresponding displacement per degree of rotation sensor" should be set to 4.0; If the drum sensor is used to test the linear displacement, it should be set to: 0.4; If the rotary displacement is tested by the rotary drum sensor, check the switch data, calculate the corresponding displacement per degree, and input it correctly (i.e. 3.1415 * l/180, and pay attention to the error caused by data selection), then put the cursor on "4" (test non-vacuum switch) and press "'.
F, is it? The test results can be displayed, printed and stored according to the tips at the bottom of the screen. Pay attention when storing.
The record number is 0- 15.
G. Place the cursor on "Display Storage Records", set the record number to be displayed, and press "OK" to display the storage records. Follow the prompts to print and save.
H, is it? The' power supply' on the dashboard of some models provides power for the high-voltage switch with the locking device (some high-voltage switches cannot be opened and closed without power supply! ! ! ), the corresponding insurance is 2A. "Power supply" and "working power supply" (DC output) are the same power supply inside the machine. The difference is that the operating power supply is controlled by the' start' button, while the' power supply' is uncontrolled and directly outputs! ! ! Remember: when wiring the power supply, you must turn off the power switch.
Nine,? Low operating voltage test:
Pay attention to wiring: when conducting this test, the original working power supply of the switch must be disconnected! ! ! Connect the operating power supply of this instrument to the corresponding operating power supply terminal of the switch. Note: red (positive) and black (negative).
Enter the low working voltage test interface, and the voltage value of the working power supply will be displayed on the screen. Turn the voltage adjustment knob slowly to raise the voltage to 65% of the rated working voltage of the circuit breaker. Press the start button to turn on/off the circuit breaker. Turn the voltage adjustment knob to reduce the voltage to below 30% of the rated working voltage of the circuit breaker. Press the start button to raise the voltage to 30-65% of the rated working voltage of the circuit breaker. The circuit breaker should only open. If necessary, the test voltage can be printed out at any time during the test.
Ten,? Loop resistance test:
Wiring diagram:
Connect the current line to the outside of the circuit to be tested, and connect the voltage line to the inside of the circuit to be tested for measurement. (pay attention to the oil pollution must be treated! ) Enter the resistance interface of the test loop, press the "OK" key to start the measurement, and press the prompts at the bottom of the screen to print the test results or retest.
XI。 Precautions:
a.? The working power supply current provided by this machine is less than 10A. If the measured rated current of switch opening/closing operation is greater than 10A, please use the original switching power supply. If the original switching power supply is used, please adjust the output voltage of the instrument power supply to the lowest. At this time, it is forbidden to connect the working power supply of this instrument with the switch! ! !
b.? Exception handling:
1.? The switch stroke is "0": Please check the sensor carefully for oil pollution; Whether the sensor is installed correctly; Whether the sensor is matched with the grating rod. Whether the corresponding displacement per degree is set correctly.
2.? Closing time is too long/too short: please carefully check the fracture connection, especially the moving contact.
Must be reliably connected with the male terminal (pay attention to oil pollution treatment).
3.? The switch refused to move? Please carefully check whether the opening and closing signals are connected correctly.
4.? The test results are all' 0': this is caused by loose connection or poor contact of the wiring on the fracture, and the instantaneous disconnection (especially short wiring) is caused by vibration during opening and closing. Please clean the broken wiring carefully, connect the wiring reliably and retest.
5.? Other circumstances? Please check carefully to ensure that the sensor is installed and wired correctly.
Measure again. If the test result is still abnormal, please contact the manufacturer.
c.? If the attached accessories can't fix the sensor on the switch under test, please contact the factory immediately so as to make the corresponding accessories in time! ! !
d.? If the machine is abnormal, please press the reset button.
e.? When using the original power supply of high-voltage switch to operate the high-voltage switch, the switch has acted but no data has been measured, which is caused by operating the high-voltage switch instrument too early and not entering the test interface. After the instrument shows' Test', please operate the high voltage switch! ! ! When using the power supply of this instrument to operate the high-voltage switch, the internal power supply of the high-voltage switch must be disconnected.
Twelve. Use of computer interface (corresponding model)
Connect the high-open tester to the computer, open the computer to install special software, and run the' high-open' software to see the software interface of the high-open tester. After selecting the corresponding serial port and setting the baud rate (9600), you can receive and display the real-time data of the high-open tester (if the selected model can be connected with USB port, you must install USB software first, and then enter the serial port setting). Press Save Data and enter a file name to save the test results. Save it as a picture format, which is convenient for offline viewing, printing and online sending of test results.
