3. The applicant enterprise has the basic material guarantee for the implementation of patented technology, necessary production and scientific research equipment and production site, and necessary self-owned funds.

(2) Projects supported by funds for the transformation of patent achievements shall meet the following conditions at the same time:

6. Enterprises need to cooperate with intellectual property agencies to formulate enterprise patent strategies and sign relevant contracts.
Third, the declaration and approval process

If you decide to make a special declaration, click on the name of the special fund, log in online (users who are already "the administrative office center of Haidian District People's Government" can log in directly, otherwise please register new users), browse the description of the matters, fill in the information online as required and submit the relevant information of the enterprise and project.
After successful submission, please click "In Transaction" in the left menu to view "Current Status of Transaction". After the pre-examination, print the Notice of Pre-examination of the Special Fund Application Project in Haidian District as one of the application materials (attached to the home page) and bind it with other application materials required by this Guide.
