Huang, female, 1989 was born in Xinzhou District, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province in September. In 2006, she graduated from Shangrao No.1 Middle School and was admitted to the Microelectronics Department of eecs. On 20/05, KLOC received the Doctor of Science degree from Peking University (microelectronics and solid-state electronics). In 20 17, she officially joined Peking University and became a researcher, doctoral supervisor and researcher in the department of micro-nano electronics. The main research direction is ultra-low power micro-nano electronic devices in the post-Moore era and their applications in logic circuits, new computing and other fields.
From 20 19 to 10, Huang obtained IEEE? Electronic Equipment Association Early Career Award (IEEE Electronic Equipment Association Youth Achievement Award).
Huang's research achievements
The new mechanism ultra-low power consumption device broke the international sub-threshold swing record of silicon-based tunneling devices, and the comprehensive performance of the device was the highest among similar devices reported internationally. The related achievements have been cited by the International Semiconductor Technology Route Guide (ITRS) and the International Device and System Route Guide (IRDS), and the world's first complementary tunneling device integration technology based on the current standard CMOS process platform has been developed in cooperation with SMIC.
More than 60 papers have been published or co-published, among which 9 papers (including 6 papers) have been published as the first author or correspondent at the top international conferences in microelectronics field, IEDM and VLSI. More than 70 patents have been applied for or jointly applied for, more than international authorized patents 10, more than 40 domestic authorized patents, and some achievements have been transferred to SMIC. 20 17 was selected as the future female scientist program of China, supported by the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars on 20 18, and won the Qiushi Outstanding Young Scholars Award from Qiushi Science and Technology Foundation in 2020.
