Addition reaction of amino group with bismaleimide resin
Forming a polymer with amino functional groups. This reaction needs to heat the amino group and bismaleimide resin together, and the reaction temperature is usually between 80- 100℃. During the reaction, the amino group will undergo an addition reaction with the sulfhydryl group in the bismaleimide resin to form an intermediate with sulfhydryl functional groups, and then the sulfhydryl group in the intermediate will continue to react with the amino group to form a polymer with amino functional groups.
