II. Requirements for introduction
(1) Applicants must meet the following basic requirements:

III. Procedures and methods of introduction
The procedures of announcement, registration, qualification examination, professional test, physical examination, inspection, publicity and employment shall be carried out in turn.

When the number of applicants does not exceed 15, the professional testing shall be conducted in the form of interview; When the number of applicants exceeds 15, the professional test takes the form of written test and interview, and the written test and interview results are calculated according to the weight of 1: 1. The professional test score is 1 points. In order to ensure the quality of new recruits, they must reach 7 points or more before entering the physical examination and inspection. (V) Physical examination and investigation
1. Physical examination is carried out in accordance with the Notice of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Health and Family Planning Commission, the National Civil Service Bureau on Amending the General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Operating Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (No.14 [216] issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security) and the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security.
2. The inspection work is organized and implemented by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee. (VII) Employment
After the proposed personnel are publicized without objection, they shall be reported to the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the editorial office of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau and other departments for approval in accordance with relevant regulations, then sign an employment contract, determine the personnel relationship, and go through the recruitment procedures. Applicants who violate the regulations on talent introduction or fail to provide the corresponding level of academic qualifications, degree certificates or other required materials required by the post before the specified time will be disqualified. According to the regulations, the probation period is implemented, and the probation period is included in the employment contract.
