(3) For essential drugs with small dosage, clinical necessity and short supply in the market, fixed-point production can be adopted through bidding to ensure supply. (4) Generic drugs for women and children, emergency (first aid) drugs, basic infusion, drugs with small clinical dosage and commonly used low-priced drugs are centralized and networked, and directly purchased by hospitals.
