What are the invention patents in the United States?

American patent is the property right granted by the American government to inventors to "exclude others from manufacturing, using, promoting or selling inventions in the United States or importing inventions into the United States". When the patent is granted, there is a limited time in exchange for the public disclosure of the invention. A combination of methods, machines, products or things, or a new and useful improvement, may be patented in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in this Law.
