Material composition of piezoelectric ceramics
Commonly used piezoelectric ceramics include barium titanate system and lead zirconate titanate binary system, and a third ABO _ 3 (A stands for divalent metal ion, B stands for tetravalent metal ion or the sum of several ions is positive tetravalent) compound, such as Pb(Mn 1/3Nb2/3)O3 and Pb (Co1/3Nb2/3). If the fourth or more compounds are added to the ternary system, quaternary or multicomponent piezoelectric ceramics can be formed. There is also a kind of metaniobate piezoelectric ceramics, such as sodium potassium metaniobate (Na0.5 K0.5 NbO3) and barium strontium metaniobate (Bax Sr 1-X Nb2O3), which contain no lead and are beneficial to environmental protection.
