2. After exiting Chengbao for 45 days, the system will trace the transaction for 75 days. If the seller has not had any trading orders, complaints or disputes or serious safety penalties since the 75th day, it will give priority to unfreeze the integrity deposit into Tenpay account (that is, refund the deposit 45 days after withdrawal). Note: If the seller has a transaction order, the integrity deposit will be released to Tenpay account on 9 1 day after exiting the integrity protection plan.
3. Tips: (1) Definition of successfully exiting the credit guarantee plan: From the date when the function of the credit guarantee plan is cancelled, it means that you have successfully exited the credit guarantee plan.
(2) If the store is complained by any third party or there is a transaction dispute within 90 days after withdrawing from the credit protection plan, Paipai will handle the deposit according to the user agreement of the credit protection plan. If the transaction complaint or dispute is not handled within 90 days, the time for unfreezing the deposit will be postponed until the handling is completed.
