All Netcom mobile phones can support China Unicom network. If your China Unicom card cannot access the Internet normally, there may be the following reasons:
1. If the package is upgraded from 2G or 3G to 4G Package, you need to restart your phone!
2. The signal is weak. If the signal is weak in a remote or closed location, you can move to a location and then test online again.
3. Slow Internet access. If you use 5G/4G/3G network, you can use high-speed data services, but the speed of using 2G network (GSM) is relatively slow. It is recommended that you check and switch the mobile network mode and then test online.
4. Abnormal status: The mobile phone Internet function is disabled, the number is out of service, etc. The status is abnormal. The number needs to be restored to normal status before you can access the Internet. You can check the current status of your number.
5. If the total traffic in the month exceeds the cap value, the network will be automatically shut down. You can lift the traffic cap and then restart your phone to access the Internet normally.
6. After recharging the phone bill or data package on your mobile phone, you can restart the mobile phone and check the Internet status again.
7. If the mobile phone card is abnormal, please check whether the mobile phone card is damaged or not inserted properly. You can try to change the mobile phone to test. If you still cannot access the Internet, you can go to the local business hall for testing or replace the mobile phone card.
8. International roaming Internet settings. If you cannot access the Internet while roaming abroad, you can select the mobile phone menu, select Tools-Settings-Mobile-Network-Operator Selection-Manual. At this time, the mobile phone will perform the current optional network Search and the results will be displayed on the phone screen. You can select according to your needs and confirm.
