Third, the working principle:

The compressed air and water provided by the air compressor are input into the automatic pulse generator, which is controlled by the automatic pulse controller and emits physical pulse waves with different frequencies and wavelengths according to the cleaning needs. The computer integrated circuit board intelligently matches the reference data and then reflects it.

Four, intelligent dual digital frequency electronic control instrument debugging instructions:

3. Add key (△): When setting, after pressing the over-position selection key, press this key to change the value of the blinking position, so as to increase the value in one direction.

4. Reset key (□) and pause key (□): both are invalid.

5. Speed control value setting: The speed control value can be set arbitrarily with the Add key and the position selection key within the display range. Press the gear selection key for the first time, the POW indicator lights up, and the first digital tube below flashes. Press the Add key to set the first numeric value. Press the position selection key again, the second one at the bottom.

The digital tube flashes, and press the Add key to set the second digit; And so on, set the third and fourth places. At this time, the digital tube is still flashing. After 8 seconds, the flashing stops and the speed control value is automatically stored in the machine.

Note: During the whole setting process, it should be carried out continuously, and the interval between two steps should not exceed 8 seconds.

Five, cleaning construction procedures:

(1) connection

1. Close the main valve separating water supply and backwater in the water separator;

2. Connect the pulse introduction pipe, and connect the digital computer pulse generator with the plug end of the water main bearing of the water separator;

3. Connect the water pipe and connect the water source with the computer pulse generator;

4. Connect the gas pipeline and connect the air compressor with the computer pulse generator;

5. Connect the drain pipe, one end of which is connected to the plug end of the main bearing of the water separator, and the other end is inserted into the floor drain.

(2) Starting and cleaning

1. Connect the power supply of the air compressor and the digital computer pulse generator, press the power switch on the pulse generator, and start the compressor to make it work at the rated pressure of 8 MPa.

2. Turn on the compressor gas switch and the system water supply valve;

3. Open a separation valve on the water separator, close other separation valves and clean them one by one;

4. After the blowdown end sees the backwater, the operation controller controls the digital computer pulse generator to emit physical pulse waves to the geothermal pipeline to start cleaning. According to the length, installation time and dirt state of the ground heat pipe, the pulse cleaning frequency can be adjusted by itself to clean. Until it is clean.

Up to now, seeing clear water is the standard;

5. After cleaning, close the water inlet valve and air compressor, and use the residual gas in the tank to purge the residual water in the pipeline.

(3) System recovery

1. Cut off the power supply of the air compressor and digital computer pulse generator;

2. Separate the four connecting pipes;

3. Open the main valve for separating water supply and backwater in the water separator;

4. Restore the water separator to the state before cleaning.

Six, matters needing attention:

1. All connecting parts must be tightened to prevent leakage. When connecting, the pipe must be inserted to the bottom, and when disassembling, the snap ring must be pressed to the bottom;

2. The blowdown end must be inserted into the sewer to prevent environmental pollution during blowdown;

3. When cleaning, always pay attention to the status of the pressure gauge on the digital computer pulse generator. When the pulse works, the pressure gauge pointer cannot return, indicating that the system is blocked and stops working, and analyzing the reasons;

4. If the pulse generator finds air leakage or water leakage, please stop working and contact our company for repair or replacement immediately;

5. If there is water in the construction environment and the pipeline length is not long enough, it can be connected by itself.
