Han Shixing told China Economic Weekly that the intellectual property rights, core technologies and core materials of lithium batteries are now in the United States and Japan, and the development of new energy vehicles in China is restricted by others. According to the technical characteristics of pure electric buses using capacitor batteries, Zibo creatively adopts the direct charging mode of "slow charging and fast charging" for new energy buses: slow charging at night, supplemented by intermittent fast charging during the day.
"This model does not need to invest heavily in building a large-scale charging and replacing power station, but only needs to build a small-scale charging place at the starting point of the bus. The construction cost is very low and the operating cost is greatly reduced. Zibo plans to replace all the more than 2,000 buses in the city with pure electric buses by 2065 and 438+05. "By the end of this year, there will be 50 pure electric buses in Zibo, and 500 buses in Zhangdian District are likely to be replaced next year."
Facing the huge bus market of about 500,000 vehicles in China, Han Shixing is ambitious.
