Tiangang has equipped special environmental protection facilities for all pollution sources, which has strengthened the recycling of waste resources and improved the utilization efficiency of resources. At present, the recycling rate of solid waste such as iron slag, steel slag, iron-bearing dust mud, steel rolling scale and environmental protection dust reaches 100%. Power boiler, double-rod, double-high speed wire and medium plate heating furnace all adopt heat storage technology, which can fully utilize blast furnace gas; Ladle baking, Maierzi active lime kiln and medium plate heat treatment heating furnace all burn converter gas, which improves the utilization rate of secondary energy. Negative energy steelmaking is realized in the steelmaking process. The residual energy and waste heat are fully utilized by using blast furnace gas residual pressure power generation (TRT) projects and low-pressure waste heat steam power generation projects such as converter and sintering. The reuse rate of produced water reaches 98% by adopting the methods of clear water diversion, multi-purpose of one water, cascade utilization and recycling.
