A healthy diet does not necessarily have a healthy body, but an unhealthy diet can easily lead to unhealthy body. The so-called "man is iron, rice is steel, and illness comes from the mouth" emphasizes the importance of diet.

The World Nutrition Organization elaborated the four cornerstones of health in the 20th century, namely "reasonable diet, moderate exercise, psychological balance, quitting smoking and limiting alcohol". This is also based on a reasonable diet, because it is very important for everyone's health. Then, each of us should keep a good eating habit and take a certain amount of water, protein, carbohydrates, vitamin C, fiber and other nutrients needed by the human body every day.

Everyone's living habits are different. Personally, I keep three meals a day and supplement some fruits and snacks in the afternoon to supplement energy consumption. If I have time, I try to arrange outdoor activities, such as playing badminton, skipping rope and walking.
