Huaneng Rizhao Power Plant is located in such a young seaport city full of earthly spirit. The factory is located in the southeast of Rizhao City, with Rizhao Port in the east, Yanshi Railway in the west and Yellow Sea in the south. This is a large coal-fired power plant with a planned installed capacity of 2500 MW.
The 2x350MW unit of the first phase project is an imported unit jointly designed by China and foreign countries. The boiler is produced by Foster Wheeler Company of Spain, and the turbine generator set and control system are products of Siemens Company of Germany. The main equipment selection of the device is advanced, the layout is compact, new technologies, new processes and new materials are adopted, the economic benefit is high and the protection function is perfect. It is a modern thermal power plant with high degree of automation in China. The first phase of the project officially started construction on March 6, 2008. Two units were delivered for trial production on1September 1999 15 and 20001October 13 respectively, and put into production on April1.
Rizhao Power Plant is the first domestic limited recourse financing project without government guarantee. The first phase of the project has a total investment of 5.384 billion yuan, and Shandong Rizhao Power Generation Co., Ltd. was established by the three countries and seven parties. After the transfer of assets in June 5438+February 1 2002, China Huaneng Group Company owned 34.5% of the original shares of Shandong Electric Power. In May 2004, with the approval of the board of directors, China acquired 25% of the foreign equity. At present, Huaneng Group and joint-stock company * * * own 80% of the shares.
Since the establishment of Rizhao Power Plant, it has always adhered to the road of sustainable development and paid attention to team, management and development. The unit runs stably year after year, and the energy consumption level decreases year by year. The main economic and technical indicators have maintained a good level in domestic enterprises of the same type, and passed the "three-in-one" international standard certification audit of quality/environment/occupational safety and health of Moody's Company in the UK.
In order to promote the sustainable development of enterprises, Rizhao Power Plant started the preliminary feasibility study of the second phase expansion in the first half of 2003. With the correct leadership of Huaneng and the care and support of government departments at all levels, on May 3, 2005, the general office of the National Development and Reform Commission listed the second phase expansion project of Rizhao Power Plant as an alternative power station project in 2007. June 5438+February of the same year, the feasibility study report of the second phase expansion project passed the expert review successfully. On April 13, 2007, the National Development and Reform Commission officially approved the second phase project of Rizhao Power Plant, which took the most crucial step.
