Where is the patent search?

First of all, novelty search is needed to ensure that there are no similar patents or previously applied public documents. If there is, don't apply for a patent. The patent has lost its novelty.

If you can't retrieve the same or similar existing technology, you can entrust an agency to apply, or you can apply yourself.

To apply for a patent, you need to write application documents, fill in the application form and pay the application fee. If you entrust an agency, you only need to provide technical information, and the rest will be done by the agency. It is recommended to entrust an agency, because the procedure is really troublesome, especially the writing of application documents is related to the size of rights.

If you decide to apply yourself, you can refer to other related posts I have answered. Good luck!
