Common reasons for inadmissibility

(1) Failing to submit an application for layout design registration or a copy or pattern of layout design, failing to submit an integrated circuit sample that has been put into commercial use, or failing to submit the above items;

(2) The layout-design expires 15 years from the date of creation;

(3) The layout-design has been used for two years since its first commercial use;

(4) the application category is unclear or it is difficult to determine whether it belongs to layout design, such as circuit board design;

(5) Failing to entrust an agency as required.
