At present, the form analysis and risk control research of intellectual property transactions have not been systematized. Theoretically speaking, all forms of modern real assets and intangible assets property rights transactions can be directly applied or applied to intellectual property rights transactions after transformation. Intellectual property transactions mainly include auction, bidding, negotiation, custody, merger, debt commitment, contract, alliance and electronic form. Based on the complexity of participants, processes and forms of intellectual property transactions, under the guidance of the concept of risk from the perspective of economic management, it is found that the main risks faced by intellectual property exchanges come from political law, market operation, society and trading media, operation and management, intellectual property itself and so on. And from the perspective of risk control process, this paper puts forward the main measures to control the risk of intellectual property transactions, including macro-control, risk early warning, information disclosure, credit construction, intermediary improvement, insurance guarantee and crisis management.
