IV. Multifunctional water pump structure (Figure 1) The control valve consists of a main valve and accessories. The main valve consists of main components such as valve body, diaphragm (piston cylinder), valve stem package, main valve plate and valve seat. The external accessories mainly include control valve, filter, emptying valve and small check valve, among which the small check valve is a special accessory with limited flow hole in its internal check direction. 2. When the water pump is manually started and stopped, first manually empty the valve through the control valve controlled by the diaphragm control room (piston cylinder) to make P3 or P4 pressure equal to zero, and the diaphragm pressure plate or piston is compressed in one direction, so as to check the opening and closing of the valve plate. When the valve is opened, because the closing valve plate rises slowly, the main valve plate is pushed away by the river to realize the opening action; When the valve is closed, close the valve plate and slowly push the valve plate to close.

Vi. Precautions for installation General precautions (Figure 4): 1. Before installation, please check whether all parts of the main valve are in good condition, firm and complete without looseness. 2, check whether the connecting pipes are in good condition, whether the connection is fastened. 3. Ensure that the minimum motion pressure meets the requirements of technical parameters. 4. The best installation method is to install the main valve on the horizontal pipeline and cover the valve. 5. If the main valve is installed in an underground well, a certain space should be reserved and technicians should be prepared for maintenance. 6. When installing, please note that the external arrow of the valve points, and it cannot be reversed. 7. If you want to continue to adjust, press and observe the working pressure, you must install a pressure gauge at the inlet and outlet. 8, fire should start the inspection regularly, to prevent scale, cause the valve doesn't work. Precautions: 1, during installation, pay attention to check and clean the pipeline, and there should be no foreign bodies such as welding slag and bolts ... 2. Relevant air intake valves and other devices should be installed according to the specification requirements. After the pipeline is installed, ensure that no water column is cut off. 3. Import a pipeline flexible connection or flexible device without a valve. 4. Pumping stations that may cause water hammer hazards should be stopped for water hammer calculation.

VII. Commissioning Step 2: Manual operation inspection: (1) Turn on the pump, observe every key and leakage, and the inlet and outlet pressure of the valve is normal. (2) Open and close the control valve (14); The emptying valve (15) is closed, then the emptying valve (7) is opened, and air or water is discharged, which proves that the valve plate is open; The valve plate is opened in place and no water flows out, which proves that the opening of the emptying valve (7) is punished by law; The valve plate is opened in place, and there is no water flowing out, which proves that the diaphragm piston cylinder is in good condition. Empty the valve (7); If there is still water flowing out of the emptying valve (7), the diaphragm will be damaged. (3) Manually close the valve: screw on a pipeline to control (2) the valve is in the closed state, control (14) the valve to open, (7) the exhaust valve to close, and then the emptying valve (15) to open, so that water will be discharged, and the valve plate will be closed, which will push the main valve plate to close slowly; When no water is discharged, it means that the valve plate has been completely closed. If the empty valve (15) flows out as water after the valve plate is closed, it is known that the coherent diaphragm plane (cylinder) has shown (the seal has been closed) that the above movement can be checked from two O-shaped opening and closing. Closing tightness can be used to check whether the valve plate is closed, there is sound of water flow or to observe the pipeline flowmeter of the valve plate. 3. Slow adjustment of pump stop and closing time: The pump stop and closing time can be adjusted by slowly adjusting the opening of the controlled valve (14) of the bypass pipe, which is opened first and then extended. Enter, close, and control the opening degree to increase if it is too long, or slowly add and join the valves required by the pipeline (14); If the closing time is too short, you can control the opening to turn down (14) the valve.
