Main characteristics of polyetheretherketone resin composites

Stripping resistance. PEEK resin has good peeling resistance, so it can be made into thin coated wires or electromagnetic wires, which can be used in harsh conditions.

Fatigue resistance. PEEK resin has the best fatigue resistance among all resins.

Radiation resistance. The gamma radiation resistance is very strong, which exceeds the polystyrene with the best radiation resistance in general resins. When the γ radiation dose reaches 1 100Mrad, high-performance wires with good insulation can be made.

Hydrolysis resistance. PEEK resin and its composites are not affected by water and high-pressure steam, and the products made of this material can still maintain excellent characteristics after continuous use in high-temperature and high-pressure water.

Working ability. Although PEEK resin is super heat-resistant resin, it has the characteristics of good fluidity at high temperature and good thermal decomposition temperature, so the following processing methods can be adopted: 1, injection molding 2, extrusion 3, molding 4, blow molding 5, melt spinning 6, rotational molding 7 and powder spraying.

Insulation stability. PEEK has good electrical insulation and can maintain a high temperature range. Its dielectric loss is also very small at high frequency.

Wear resistance. It has the same wear resistance as polyimide. The wear amount of PEEK pure resin and h 10 wheel material is 2.7×( 10 to the fourth power) g, and that of PEEK pure resin and s 17 wheel material is 9.7× (/KLOC-0 to the fourth power) g. ..
