Can Agrobacterium be added with rooting agent?

Agrobacterium is a common plant pathogenic bacteria that mainly causes root rot and poor plant growth. Therefore, in general, we would not use Agrobacterium with rooting agents. Rooting agents typically contain plant hormones, bacterial or fungal preparations that help promote plant root development. The use of rooting agents is intended to enhance plant growth and root development.

However, Agrobacterium can also be used for rooting treatment in some special circumstances. In agricultural science experiments or on-farm cultivation, researchers or farmers sometimes treat plants with strains that have specific functions to improve their growth and development. These treatments may include the use of Agrobacterium to promote specific developmental processes in plant roots.

In general, Agrobacterium is generally not used as a rooting agent, but is considered a pathogenic bacteria. In general, if you need to use a rooting agent, I recommend choosing a specially produced rooting agent that has received relevant product certifications to ensure healthy plant growth.
