The first category, invasive intubation blood pressure measurement. Advantages: invasive and high measurement accuracy.
Disadvantages: the technical requirements for equipment are too high. Intubation method must insert the catheter into the blood vessel through surgery, which requires certain equipment and specialized medical personnel, and the patient has to bear great pain when measuring. Generally only used for surgical rescue.
Second, Coriolis sound method. Advantages: noninvasive blood pressure measurement method, simple measurement.
Disadvantages: doctors have a serious subjective influence, and different doctors have different measurement results for the same person at different times.
Third, the oscillometric method. Advantages: Non-invasive, electronic measurement method developed in 1990s.
Disadvantages: small scope of application and poor accuracy.
The fourth category, pulse wave method. Non-invasive, simple operation, no subjective error and high accuracy. The non-invasive precision sphygmomanometer successfully developed on 20 12 has obtained the invention patent issued by China National Patent Office and applied for the national patent.
