Attention should be paid to the following items when using and maintaining sprinklers in winter:
First, water diversion must be sufficient. Pumps with small nozzles are generally divided into centrifugal pumps and self-priming pumps. When the self-priming pump is used for the first time, be sure to add enough water. You don't have to divert water later. Before the centrifugal pump sucks water every time, it must increase enough drinking water and close the filling port.
Second, the water source must be clean. When adding water to a small sprinkler, if the water source is shallow, it is easy to suck in silt, so it is best to add water at a depth of more than one meter to ensure sufficient water and not to suck in air because of shallow water. There should not be too many impurities, stones, sediments, etc. When the water pump sucks water, in order to prevent the suction pipe from being blocked. If impurities are found, they should be cleaned up in time. Usually, there is a filter at the top of the suction pipe, so it is forbidden to disassemble it when absorbing water. At the same time, when absorbing water in ditches and ponds, it should be noted that all ends of straws should be put into water.
Third, the pipeline must be vacuum. The water inlet pipeline system of small sprinkler must be kept in vacuum to suck water into the water tank. This requires that the pipeline system should be sealed and reliable, and the pipeline should not be damaged or cracked to avoid water leakage that cannot be absorbed.
Fourth, water absorption must stop. Small sprinklers must stop before absorbing water or spraying water, especially when the power take-off must stop.
5. Water must be released in winter. Generally speaking, when small sprinklers no longer work frequently in winter, the water in pumps and water pipes should be emptied to prevent frost cracking. If it is still sprinkling water in winter, remember to empty the pump and water pipe after work every day.
Six, sewage must be discharged regularly. The water storage tank of a small sprinkler is equipped with a sewage pipe, and the entrance of the sewage pipe is the lowest point of the water tank. If the nozzle is used for a long time, some sundries will accumulate in the water tank. The switch of the sewage pipe should be turned on regularly to remove impurities and ensure that the water becomes clear.
Seven, the sprinkler must be adjusted. The front end of the small sprinkler is close to the ground, and the spraying pressure is high, which can wash the road surface. The rear nozzle is high in position and wide in nozzle range, which can be used for spraying water on highway subgrade. Both sides of the side sprinkler can be used to water the garden trees. Please close the front nozzle before using the rear nozzle. When using an adjustable nozzle, the width of the nozzle can be adjusted according to actual needs.
Eight, must be maintained regularly. Regularly lubricate the lubrication points of the transmission assembly, often tighten the connection points and maintain them in time to ensure the normal use of small sprinklers.
