The enterprise shall have no less than 30 engineering, technical and economic management personnel with professional titles, including no less than 15 engineering and technical personnel; among the engineering and technical personnel, no less than 5 shall have intermediate or above professional titles.
The company has no less than 5 project managers with level 3 qualifications or above.
3. The registered capital of the enterprise is more than 3 million yuan, and the net assets of the enterprise are more than 3.6 million yuan.
