A method for extracting high-strontium metasilicic acid compound drinking natural mineral water from the Great Plains is provided. The raw water of 220-260m underground in the Great Plains is pumped to the original pool for aeration. After the impurities in the groundwater are precipitated and the peculiar smell naturally volatilizes, it is filtered by the conventional mineral water filtration process, sent to the semi-finished water tank, sterilized by ozone, inspected, sent to the finished water tank, and finally filled. The natural mineral water for drinking extracted by the invention contains 0.6 mg/l of strontium, 42-5 1 mg/l of metasilicate, 62-76 mg/l of calcium and 34-60 mg/l of magnesium, and the pH value of the water is about 8.2, which is slightly alkaline. It has a unique effect on softening blood vessels, reducing the incidence of cardiovascular diseases and improving human osteoporosis.
