The circular pointed out that on August 23, when the ecological environment and forestry department of Sanmenxia organized the supervision and inspection of the "Green Shield 20 19" nature reserve, it was found that Jinbin Mining had carried out experimental spraying without approval and immediately notified the company to stop spraying. On August 29th, Sanmenxia Forestry Bureau held a meeting, informed the relevant situation, interviewed the main person in charge of Jinbin Company, and ordered him to stop all spraying activities.
