At this point, the company has been cancelled. The procedures from revocation to cancellation of business license are as follows:
1. Set up a liquidation team to conduct liquidation activities.
If the company is dissolved due to the revocation of its business license according to law, it shall set up a liquidation group within 15 days from the date of the dissolution, and start liquidation activities.
The liquidation group shall formulate the liquidation plan according to law and report it to the shareholders' meeting, the shareholders' meeting or the people's court for confirmation. And prepare the balance sheet and property list, deal with the unfinished business of the company related to liquidation, pay off the taxes owed and the taxes generated in the liquidation process, and clean up the creditor's rights and debts.
2. Log on to the online cancellation platform for cancellation business.
The liquidation group shall log on to the local government service platform within 10 day from the date of its establishment, visit or directly log on to the national enterprise credit information publicity system through the enterprise cancellation online service area, publicize the information of the liquidation group to the society free of charge, and announce the creditors through the national enterprise credit information publicity system within 60 days (it can also be announced in newspapers).
3. Settle the amount payable to the tax authorities.
Before handling the cancellation of tax, taxpayers should settle the tax payable, late payment fees and fines with the tax authorities, and hand in the cancellation invoices. Taxpayers who violate tax laws shall accept punishment and pay fines.
4. Apply for cancellation of tax registration
When a taxpayer applies to the tax department for cancellation, the tax department conducts a pre-inspection of tax cancellation to check whether the taxpayer has any outstanding matters.
