The 12th Five-Year Plan officially begins. The policy cycle of China's 12th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" is from 2011 to 2015. With the opening of Taizhongyin Railway, Yulin will add 17 pairs of passenger trains, which can directly reach Beijing, Shanghai, Urumqi and other places.
