The enterprise submits a feasibility report for new construction or upgrade. Bureau leaders shall comply with the provincial macro-development control requirements for construction enterprises, combined with the city’s market capacity and construction The enterprise layout situation will inform whether the feasibility study report of the applicant enterprise is feasible. 2. If it is decided to accept the application, the person in charge will explain in detail the filling items and the requirements for submitting information. 3. The enterprise submits the application form and related information, and the staff carefully reviews whether the submitted information is true and meets the requirements. After the review is completed, the applicant will be notified in writing of the review opinions and made public online. 4. On-site inspection. 5. The unit chief reviews and signs opinions. 6. Report to the bureau leader for approval. 7. Submit to the Provincial Department of Construction for approval. 8. The construction authority will complete the review within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the application and notify the applicant of the preliminary review opinions and publish them online for 10 days. 9. Acceptance is from the 1st to the 10th of each bimonthly period.
