1. Preparation of diazo photosensitive glue
The component ratio of diazo photosensitive glue: 1000g of colloid, 8-10g of diazo photosensitizer, 50-100ml of water.
Preparation sequence: (1) Pour 8-10g of photosensitizer powder into 50-ml water
(2) Stir and dissolve into liquid;
(3) Pour the dissolved photosensitizer Stir evenly into 1000g of colloid;
(4) Defoam for 30-60 minutes before use. Leave to stand for 2-3 hours.
2. Make photosensitizer:
Use silkworm excrement as raw material, and follow the following process steps: 1) Mix silkworm excrement with 3-7 times the amount of acetone, reflux and heat at 90-100°C for 1-3 hours, filter the discarded residue and recover acetone.
2) Mix the crude extract obtained above with 1-5 times of 95 ethanol, heat to dissolve, then add 1-3 times of 10NaOH to the crude extract under stirring, stir at 90-100 Reflux and heat at ℃ for 12-20 hours, and keep the pH value at 9-10.
3) After recovering the ethanol from the above mixed solution, dilute and stand still, remove the upper layer of thick matter, and filter the residue.
4) Neutralize the above solution and adjust the pH value to 4-6, let it stand still, discard the supernatant, wash the precipitate repeatedly with water until neutral, filter and drain.
