1, multi-joint robot
Multi-joint robot has the advantages of flexible action, small inertia and strong versatility. 2.t-type power-assisted robot
T-type power-assisted robot is realized by guide rail, which is more suitable for occasions with narrow operation space. Equipped with gas storage tank, it can continue to be used for one cycle in the case of gas failure, and start the self-locking function when the air pressure drops to a certain extent to prevent the workpiece from falling. There is also a safety system, so the operator cannot release the workpiece during transportation or when the workpiece is not placed on a safe surface.
3. Hard-arm assisted robot
Hard-arm power-assisted robot can't use pneumatic balance crane or soft cable power-assisted robot when generating torque, so it must choose hard-arm power-assisted robot. It can lift the maximum 500Kg workpiece, the maximum radius is 3000mm, and the maximum lifting height is 2500 mm
At present, there are more than 654.38+million handling robots in use all over the world, which are widely used in the fields of loading and unloading of machine tools, automatic production lines of punching machines, automatic assembly lines, palletizing, automatic container handling and so on.
